BRANDING

Branding is more than a logo
or a tagline. Branding is the
visual representation of your values, beliefs and strategic vision.

Set The Mark

Branding Process:  Whether new to the game or been developing brand strategy for a couple of decades, there is one thing you find – every good agency has a process. And, every process follows the same fundamental steps. What should you look for? The brains behind the process. Be sure it will deliver exponential results, beyond what you could have delivered on your own.

There are five basic steps to the process:

1) Study   >   2) Build   >   3) Test   >   4) Launch/Execute   >   5) Learn

It’s more than just creating the plan by process. It is making sure the process leads to success that keeps your company growing.

Set the Mark:

  1. Study the Market – Learn what is available, study the competition in the arena, see what stands out, find the flaws and understand who else is competing in the market.

  2. Create a Bid Sheet – Create the list of what you want from the market, prospects, your budget. Negotiate the buy and prepare for the haul.

  3. Sharpen the Tools – Develop and follow a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual plan. Review, revise and go again.

  4. Open Range Grazing – First step in releasing the herd is setting the mark according to plan. Make sure the brand is set so you can identify your herd from a distance and then let them loose to graze and fatten up.

  5. Constant Head Count – Keep a close eye on all the moving parts to understand your investment. Track progress, refine as necessary.

The ultimate goal is to identify your brand from a distance.

Can you stand out in a field of competitors?
